Production Numbers Do Not Add Up

I can't make heads or tails of these production numbers in the tooltips. I've got 6 pops working on infrastructure, and each one produces 6 Infrastructure. But the total on the tooltip from population is 30, not 36, what?

Note: Both slaves and citizen showing "Productivity: 6"
Can someone please explain?
It's the same with the buildings. A different province has Regional Roads and a Quary (11 and 6 Infrastructure production) which should produce a total of 17 from buildings, but the tooltip lists only 15 being produced.

Edit: I think I figured it out. It appears that 10% bonus to infrastructure is being added to the tooltip of each individual pop and rounded up (5 X 1.1 = 5.5 Rounded up to 6), whereas the right hand total only adds the 10% after everything else is totaled up. This is quite confusing, and I recommend changing the "productivity" number on the citizen/slave tooltip to always show as 5, instead of trying (and failing) to display the 10% bonus properly (that's added at the end anyway).
