Using the BA editor I create a new battle vut when I go to play the battle I get the 'Objective Completed' right away. I cannot play the scenario.
I've tried all combinations of the victory conditions to no avail.
Any ideas?

You might be best posting your query in the game forum. Assuming it is for BA1 I would suggest here

Generally this issue is caused by one side having no units.
