LOVE the game, bought on GOG. Bought & downloaded the Broken Alliance DLC on what must have been after mission 5, when Celestra's unlocked. I'm now on Mission 11 or so, Janus and nukes unlocked, but Celestra still hasn't been unlocked.

Is there a way to 'force' it to unlock?

Assuming that you’ve played the specific broken alliance mission for the celestra, where you have to protect it, then tried to unlock it from the blueprints screen using RP? Can you post an image of the blueprints screen with the celestra listed / highlighted?
