The current digital league season is drawing to a close, so I'm planning to run the next season of Chaos Tourney, provided we get a minimal number of folks (5) willing to join.

Here's an overview of how it'll be run.

1. Number of matches will be contingent on the number of people who sign up.

5-6 two matches vs each player - 8-10 altogether.
7-13 one match vs each player for 6-12
14-26 Divide into two division sorted by DL rankings one match each for 6-12

2. All matches will be potluck for both armies and terrain with both date and geography filters turned off.

3. I will generate a list of army pairings sufficient to cover the number of players. I will make up a list of player pairings. We will use a website randomizer to generate the distribution of the battles to the pairings.

4. Each player may request one reroll of battlefield. If both agree, an additional reroll can be done. A rerolled battle is to be set to the same armies as originally generated; only the field can be rerolled.

5. Tourney will run a minimum of 8 weeks with additional weeks added for battles over 8 to a maximum of 12.

6. In regards to other details, we will follow the rules and guidelines posted for Digital League play.

7. We can accept one player per season who doesn't own all the DLCs. All others must have all DLCs to join. Such a player will need to have his matches created by his opponents.

Sounds crazy... Do I need the DLCs or can I enter this just with the base game?

You can enter without all the DLCs; your matches will need to be created by your opponent who has them. Given that limitation, we can accept only one such player per season. So, if you join, we can't accept any others.

Also, there's a 30% off sale atm, so a good time to pick up DLCs you don't have.

If it's ok , I'd like to take part. It's unlikely I will get the DLCs , even with 30% off it's a bit more than I can afford at the mo for all of the DLCs.
