where are the mountain units

where are the mountain units in the Norway scenario when playing the polish campaign when selecting north attack, they were there until the last patch
If you mean that these units are not available in the Shop, then they are definitely available to me. Maybe you are playing with Retrograde trait? You can check it by hovering your player's icon in the top-right corner with the mouse. List of traits will be in the tooltip.
