PC Gold Edition ?? from Steam does not allow to start DLC.

Hi. I think that I have found correct forum genre. Recently I've bought Panzer Corps Steam Key GLOBAL. When I registered it on Steam it shows that I have Panzer Corps Gold Edition with DLCs. After installing it, game says that I have to buy DLC to play them. When I check files on my drive it appeared that DLCs are in game directory, but I can not access them from game menu. I am confused cause I do not know which edition do I have ?? Could you try to explain which edition do I have and what can I expect from the Steam key which I have bought ?? I would be grateful.
