In Blitzkrieg - Force Belgium To Surrender - I have a lot of Kriegsmarine RPs but I can't purchase anything with them as there is no Kriegsmarine on the Purchase screen -
why is that? Please see screenshot

Seems to be the Dunkirk scn. You get a few KM units there after taking the port, but they are aux units, and RP to repair them. It's not intended to have core navy units for Ger. Overall the 3 linked DLCs BK/PK/ES are mainly about land warfare (with few exceptions, sure), so at some point core naval units would be rather useless.
