Using bottom-button with your mouse

Hi,
if you click the Colonies-button with your mouse and afterwards click it again to close the panel, the button stays highlighted/active. Please refer to the screenshot. So ending turn with space, will also open and close "Colonies". All other bottom buttons are equally effected.
