How much prestige does the AI have?

Is it unlimited? I have never seen the AI stop repairing, no matter how much he has repaired before already.

It really depends on a scenario by scenario basis.

But the vast majority of scenarios the AI has extremely small prestige amounts. The AI is good at making the most of their prestige because they universally use regular and not elite replacements. But it's far from infinite, do enough damage to enough expensive units, they'll stop repairing eventually. This is very apparent on Defenders of the Reich, where the enormous damage inflicted on the AI overwhelms their ability to repair most of their units.

And if all else fails... make more encirclements and completely deny the AI the ability to repair units and positions you are trying to focus down. :)

Based on what you just said, as well as only 'Logic' could possibly conclude... Yesss!!!... the Computer 'AI' gets 'Unlimited' manufacturing repair and construction points... and probably also free rail transport... as well as with weather advantages to put you at a severe disadvantage... and so on... such as with other critical game features|.

Come on now!... you can't have a real 'Fight-To-The-Death-challenge'... without being severely handi-capped!... it just wouldn't be 'Fun' or challenging otherwise!.

Funny, considering the AI barely reinforces at all during the '39 campaign because of the chronic shortage of prestige. Of course it picks up later but it's not as if the AI has an endless reserve; once air supremacy has been established it's quite easy to drain its supply by running bombing raids on the heavy armour and artillery.

I don't really understand what you mean.

Anyways, I don't think it would be unfair if the AI had unlimited prestige, I just wanted to have some more info. I guess in later campaign levels it will probably be a little more common for the ai to run out of prestige since the repairs will cost much more

In Poland and Norway the AI has 0 prestige, can get 300 in PolandS if you don't capture the 'bonus' city in time.

In USA1, the AI starts with 10000 in prestige.

If you open the scenario in the editor you can find the prestige at start and per turn.
