The manual mentions extented options - like the ones in PC1 I assume - but the respective file is empty.
Explicitely, e.g. variability of battle outcome is mentioned.
Any explanation what will come?

What respective file are you looking at?

I assume it's referring to when you start a campaign in game, there are all the customization options available there. You can set degree of RNG, number of Commander Trait points, extra difficulty modifiers like +5 enemy strength, and so on.

I am playing the German Version 1.0.3
Appears not to contain the points you mention.

Main Menue: Play -> "Other"
"Other" -> "Options"
"Options" -> List of submenues (including "sound", "hotkeys", et al) and also again "Other"
This folder "other" is empty.

Description in the manual:
Other: Here you will be able to access the game’s options menu (allowing you to modify video and sound settings, hotkeys, the language used ingame and more), as well as links to the online forums, this manual, legal information and a list of people who worked on the game.

Still dont know where to find these options.
Is this different from the English version?
