Experience gain explained compared to PzC1

Hello,

I am playing Rush to Moscow in MP.. After 3 fights, and about 10 losses, a regular infantry unit has 133 XP. I decided to spend prestige to replace with elites.

I feel like XP in MP scenario is not gained fast enough in PzC2. PzC1 experience in MP is just right.. I think devs should review the way experience is gained in PzC2 MP games.

So the question is how is XP computed in PzC2 ? Is there a difference between grand campaign and MP scenarios? Would it be possible to have configurations of XP levels when creating a random map?

Good point

XP in MP should be a factor.

Good XP management was vital in PzC1 for some maps.
Same gain rate as SP is too slow to have an impact in the bigger scale.
At the same time one star can be deciding in minor exchanges on the border of the map.

So overall it's hard to calculate with it...
You either have that XP or you don't have it.
In PzC1 it was way easier to estimate what a unit needs to do; so it reaches that vital star at a specific turn/spot.

Would be great to get that balance and mechanic back.
Maybe not highest priority, but before serious MP activities are started.
