Slitherine

I played the beta on Steam but bought and installed the published version from Slitherine. Should I uninstall the version on Steam? With patch 1.0.6, I lost my manual saves from the published version but my manual saves from my beta now show up. Luckily the auto saves are fine and I can get back to trying to conquer America.

Hopefully you'll get an answer, but I installed 1.06 and lost all the Historical scenarios but two. They haven't answered yet but frustrating to install a recommended update just to have things get worse.
