New trait ideas

Hi devs, love the game, just finished the campaign on the 3rd difficulty and here's some new traits I thought would have improved the game.

"Marine"
Can attack after disembarking.

^^Self explanatory really. Some nations, like the US, could have special marine units that allows them to attack directly after disembarking.

"Scatter"
Applies 4% accuracy malus for each point of strenght lost to any enemy attacking unit.

^^The idea behind this one is that certain units would become harder to hit as they lose their strength, because they would disperse over a wider area. This would be especially useful for aircraft, and would help the AI because it would prevent the player from destroying enemy air force in the first 5 turns of a scenario. Could also be applied to certain light infantry units.

"Interceptor"
+5 attack against bombers

^^Would make some fighters more useful specifically for bomber interdiction. Example of a pure interceptor would be the Me163.

"Dog fighter"
+5 air defense when attacked by an air unit

^^Would make some fighters better at aerial denial. For example, Bf 109 or Spitfires.

"Boom and Zoom"
+10% accuracy when initiating an attack against an air target

Would make some fighters better at initiating attacks, to contrast them with dog fighters. Example would be the P-51, P-47, Fw 190, etc. This way you wouldn't always go for the same fighter every time when it's time to upgrade, but would diversify your air force.
