They are HUGE compared even to capital ships.

I don't think Panzer Corps is ready for multi-hex units... yet.
But some very small units are definitely not size scaled well. PT boats and some very light tanks are very bad at this.

And aircrafts. Many strategic bombers are like toys in comparison to fighters. And some small fighters (i.e. I-16) are huge in the game.

Problem stems from the smallest of units taking up equal hex real estate to everyone else.
This dramatically makes the smallest of units bizarrely the largest. They just need to fill less hex space, to properly demonstrate their small stature. Me-163 scaled model just needs to shrink.
Maybe if we give them a complete list of units, they can do something about it?
PT Boat
Me-163
Soviet I-16 Fighter
Vickers Light Tank
Let's try and keep the list limited to the worst offenders, so we can get the most attention where it's needed. A list of half the units in the game is pointless, because scaling can't be perfect. It's going to be slightly arbitrary no matter what.
So,
What else are the worst offenders?

I think the Goliath tracked mine should be added.

So documenting the most egregious units...
on scale '0' setting, which I believe is the default setting...
PT boat seems acceptable. Goliath is pretty small too. Me163 and I-16 being larger than the B-17... yea they should shrink down. Those two Vickers tanks, maybe not that bad, but definitely would like to downsize them a tad.
Note that unit scaling really goes insane when you increase the game's model size, because it doesn't seem to resize units uniformly... Some grow way bigger, others don't seem to be altered by the scale at all. I have no solutions for that issue, so I suggest we only focus on the default setting, and adjust that as best as possible.
This is scale rating '66' which is what I typically play on:

Yeah, Goliath wasn't that bad. I have scale at 90, that's why it looked so off when I played Sevastopol. And as you say, the unit scaling seem to affect some units more than others. So needs to be looked at scale 0, just as you say. Good work!
