I *did* email support. They refused to help. Alberto promised to help me and subsequently blocked me. It's now been a month and I've had no assistance.

then i'm sorry to say you have your answer, it may not be the one you like or wanted but if you buy from elsewhere, there's not a lot anyone can do about it, repeat posting won't move it on any further and there is no other person to turn to, sorry can't help
