Does the game only currently have a German Campaign?

Interested in getting the game, but the written material is confusing. Is it currently only a German only campaign, or are other countries included?

Yes it is only a German campaign.
There are scenarios featuring other nations, but in the long week since its release they have not added any DLCs yet.

But in all seriousness, yes he's right. And honestly, would anyone really want a $10 DLC that was able to be produced in a week? Quality takes time.
