Is there a cap to the initiative bonus a unit can receive from all sources?
Can unit initiative be reduced to a negative number by Mass Attack?
Can a units modified accuracy value be greater than 100?
Can various penalties to accuracy reduce it to a (very) low number or can the base 50% value only be reduced by a certain percentage?

Tactical Bombers attacking heavily entrenched infantry can have accuracy = 0%
