In an attempt to improve performance, I lowered screen resolution to one of the lower settings, and I can't see the submit button anymore because it is stretched beyond the screen. Now I can't change back because I can't hit submit! Tried un and reinstalling after deleting all files and restarting, but the screen resolution settings don't reset to default.

Is there a file I can edit manually to get the screen resolution back to default?
