Undeployable

I started the 1939 campaign and when I got a Max Dicker for an upgrade it finally was unable to deploy in the Russian campaign.
You also cannot remove disband it or upgrade it to something that you could deploy. It takes up five slots.
It pretty much has ended that campaign for me.

Prototypes have a limited number strength points.
You didn't say what Player traits you selected, slow modernization could limit updating it.
You can always move it to reserve to free up the slots.

Can't move it at all...it is stuck and cannot be put in reserve. Just takes up five slots. It is a bug that I'm experiencing...not a game design.
