Rubbish !! Mob provide the most cost effective troop type in FoG, after all you can get to paint 8 figures in a variety of poses for each base of them.

This is utter rubbish. There's no way McNeil would allow Richard to think these were Richard's rules.

Seems perfectly acceptable to me. Some of us kept the faith even in 3.0 and 3.1!
