Can't Restore Video

I somehow managed to get my video resolution changed to 420 x 320, when I need it to be 1366 x 768. This is on the initial screen. I can change the video resolution, but the display is so large, I can't get to the save button on the bottom to change it back. You can't tab to it. You must click on save. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, but it doesn't help.
