After installing PZ2 Field Marshall edition I click start and this error pops up: DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine
PZ2 is updated to latest patch 100.00.04

HP 6580t
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit SP1
Nvidia GeForce 315 v342.01 (latest driver)
vc_redist.x64.exe installed per other thread DXDIAG attached as zip file. No issues found in diagnostic runs

UPDATE - I DE-INSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED MY NVIDEA DRIVER,, BUT NO CHANGE, STILL GET THE ERROR

UPDATE #2 -
De-Installed and re-installed PZ2 100.00.04 - SAME ERROR

UPDATE #3
Activated STEAM key, ran setup on STeam - SAME ERROR

UPDATE #4
Emailing support directly to reqauest this be remedied or I get a refund

your problem is a little different to mine but maybe my solution will work too. at least its worth a try...

Thank you Basestar, but unfortunately I already have the up to date version (I tried it anyway and the installation told me the same)
I think that patch might be for web interface and I am running PZ2 directly on my laptop

I tried all of the steam items, I too still get the directx error. Any other ideas?

As suggested on another thread I checked with my grahics card support (NVIDIA) and my graphics card a GEFORCE 315, does not support DX11 and there are no more driver updates scheduled for this card.
I will have to request a refund.

Running Windows 10 with DX12. Panzer Corp2 won't run. Get error message, "DX11 feature level 10.0 required to run the engine"

Is there a fix? Or do I need to request refund?

The video card in your system needs to support DX10 level in hardware. It sounds like it does not.

Same problem. Already installed it doesn´t work. Any other fix different than buying a new PC or video card?

if it doesn't support DX10, then no, as that's a hardware issue, not a software one
