Game chrash when I try to start a scenario

Every time I try to start a scenario the game is crashing and the UE4 Crash Reporter appear.
I updated the graphic drivers to nvidia 442.74. Generally I used my Windows 7 x64 installation.
I always tried a Windows 10 Pro x64 isntallation with new drivers an d just one application - Panzer Korps 2. I got the same error.
When I start a scenario the game crash with always the same error:
