Slitherine

Hello fellow gamers, is there a file that controls what is increased when a units levels up? I know it increases morale and damage but I wanna modify it just a little bit and I just can't find it anywhere. Maybe it's not even visible, maybe it's hard-coded. Some help would be appreciated!
