Surrounded...not so much

In this situation, Syracusa is under siege. The next turn an army in Syracusa marches past my army laying siege without giving battle and attacks a region on the other end of the island. This has happened before in another game as Carthage, sorry Swuul, you'll just have to take my word for it.

I've moved armies out of a besieged city to an adj. region. I could not, however, attack the enemy army besieging the city I was initially in.

Which is another example of something that is wrong, that didn't use to be wrong. To clarify my point, imagine that the Texans surrounded in the Alamo, just magically leave without a fight, march across Texas and lay siege to Mexico city.

I'll check that for the next patch, that's surprising as it worked before.
