Fantasy General 2 Onslaught didn't start with Steam

hello,
I've FG2 with Onslaught on steam. When i launch the game, the usual matrix/Slitherine launcher appear. I click to begin the game, and i have the same thing.
i uninstall and reinstall, i've deleted all the files.
Even i tryed with a pirate version, and it works...
So i put the output log:
