Colonial Fleet radio chatter infrequency problem.

Hello I've been having a problem with the Fleet Chatter system in the game.

I've had this problem since the pack first released with Sin & Sacrifice making the Colonial Fleet Chatter incredibly, yet randomly, infrequent to dead silent. The times that the Chatter does actually play it normally ends up being end loaded to the last few turns in a battle, yet it sometimes rarely plays in the mid point turns of a battle, and even more rarely in the start of one. I know this can not be what the Fleet Chatter system is supposed to do, as I can cite videos showing the system working in full. I've tried everything I can on my end to solve this problem to no avail, and I'm hoping that the developers can clear up why this is.

I have attached the Output_log, Saves, and Menu Screenshots.

A note on the audio menu screenshot I have tried testing moving the 'Fleet Chatter' slider to its maximum, but it only effects volume not frequency.

I hope they'll sort your issue, but you're not missing anything.

When it first came out, fleet chatter was interesting for about 2 minutes, but that was enough.

I turned it off and never had the urge to turn it on again.
