Yeah this has happened to me in other campaigns scenarios but it instantly goes away ...

And you've picked the prime example. Always happening in this RedStar scen on the very first turn with the engineers (the AI clears mines).

Although just an unproblematic graphical glitch during the AI's turn, I hope this gets fixed eventually, too.
