DLC Compatibility

I purchased a copy of Gladius during a Steam sale. Since I wasn't sure I'd like the game I held off on purchasing DLC. GOG is running a promotion and I've decided I love Gladius and want DLC. Is DLC compatable between Steam and GOG?
