Unit limits

When modifying the unit's xml file it would be nice if there would be an option to set unit limits per match. I don't like that sometimes the AI builds way too many heroes or builder units, for example my Necron allies had build the previous match so many Necron Lords that it wasn't funny at all, and way too many Canoptek Spyders. A unit limit option in the xml files would be nice.
Also, skills like "Life Leech" should not affect Necrons or any other mechanical units....and PLEASE look at the reason why the AI doesn't build fortification units (the exception being the Big Meks and Biovores).
