I wish I were competent enough at DOSBox to figure this out myself, but I've tried and failed. Google gives me answers that might have applied to the old installation but don't seem to apply anymore. Can anyone come up with revised instructions for running Itemmake now, either for Caster specifically or for the base installation and I can try to modify them myself?
