Every time I try to begin a new game/campaign, I can't move my mouse cursor past/beyond the right one-third of the screen. This even prevents me from reaching the "Exit" button to close the game. I have not spent much time playing the game (more of a Panzer Corps fanboy), but I can't figure it out. When I first got the game a couple of years ago, I did not have this problem.

BTW, I tried to attach my DxDiag.txt file that I saved and it won't allow me. It gives me an error message and states "invalid file extension!"

You need to zip a file first.

Try this:
Close the game, delete the options.dat file and restart the game.

I guess you're playing with some 4K resolutions?
Workaround: Try using "Alt-Tab" to exit the game and then return back to it. Should solve your problem.
