These questions have probably been answered somewhere, but I can't find where.

1) Do bonus exp granting military buildings have to be built in the provincial capital, or will their bonuses still activate when you build a unit in a province even if the building is in a non-capital region? I'm guessing Ageod changed this based on something Pocus said before but I'm not sure.

2) Assuming they do grant their bonuses, do said exp bonuses stack? Does building lots of training grounds allow you to recruit uber heavy infantry?

Experience bonuses outside the provincial capitol add half their base value, and stack up to a maximum of three additional copies of each building.
