Campaign Choices

Just curious, the following Campaign Choices are not shown in the guide: 15-22, 30, and 31. Are they not able to be selected? If they can be used where can they be found with an explanation?

For various reasons they are either unsuitable for use in Custom Campaigns, or can effectively be duplicated by changing the Army Lists used for a particular battle and appropriate text strings.
