Send Error Log

I had a technical issue where an unknown error occurred and I was unable to process an online game turn, to the point where it timed out and then asked me to log in again. It locked up upon me doing so and I had to use the task manager to end the game.

Is this error message normal? It's now asking me to send an error log as the game shut down incorrectly.

'The game did not shut down normally after the previous session. Please confirm your permission to automatically send the error log file to us to help debug the problem'

If you can send the error log to support@slitherine.co.uk or alternatively agrees that the log is sent, then we can know if that's an issue with the server or the game itself. Thanks!

Just reporting that this happened again. I have once again sent an error log automatically. I am also having difficulty logging back in. My credentials are still saved, so I should just have to hit the tick box, but when I try to log into multiplayer I get 'unknown error'.

I am having exactly the same problem with the HaveFun Campaign which just started up.

And now, I can't log into multiplayer either.

Working for me now. I was able to get the turn out.
