I read lot of Prestige and Soft Cap (so i was careful, I saved and milk lot of points ).... but now im in Kharkov (GC 1942), upgraded all available units to 13-14 stars. I bought through Campaign lot of new units and im now on 94k prestige... my Soft Cap is now 78%. What to do? What is Maximum prestige in this game.. can i have more than 99 999? Or i should better buy some equipment? My income is lower but i think 90k+ in early 1942 is fine...

You can have more than 100k prestige (it keeps recording but doesn't show the 1 for 100k+ as only five digits shown) and you need around 20k prestige for 44 and another 20k prestige for 45 (=on average, many factors are influencing this, e.g. your difficulty level, play style, capability as a player) but with 40k in the bank by end of 43 you should see Berlin alive...

thanks a lot... i still play on lieutenant difficulty although other campaigns I already play on the colonel. When I started it this way I do not change it (although it is too easy now).

I had over 100k in prestige on my Manstein playthrough up until I got to Berlin than I spent a huge chunk on trying for a Decisive there

This is very true, but now that I have a youtube channel, I mainly post my aar's

In all seriousness I think the best example of maximizing prestige was my playthrough of Afrika Korps on Double Rommel. 25% prestige, which is nice and tight.

Quite the challenge and very rewarding. I still miss Afrika Korps
