I want to purchase but I see only appears to come
With Steam. I don’t play on-line. Do I need Steam now?

Steam makes configuration control easier for Betas where Steam will auto 'upgrade' to latest release.
Once it is ready, there will not be monthly updates and Steam will not be required.
The Beta is conducted through Steam,
The big preorder is Steam.
When the game is released in March Steam will be an option.
If you don't want Steam you will be able to play PzC2 when it comes out, no Steam required
