I was wondering if Ship abilities like the Berzerks +50 Evade effect just that ships fighters or the entire fleet.
If the first then it's not that impressive, but if it effects the fleet it's a must have for any colonial fleet.

just the ships squadrons but it's still a good ship. also that's not an ability it's a statistic from the hanger subsystem that affects the ships squadrons.
