Hotkeys

Is there a file (.ini) that we can modify to set more or different choices for our Hotkeys? It would be convenient if we had a few more options then the in-game panel allows us.
Some keys, but not all; can be refined in the options menu, you have a box about that.
Some others keys are only defined in the configuration file of the UI panel they belong to, so that's a bit more technical to edit.
