I bought CEAW last week and had problems with the game freezing and exiting without warning. I uninstalled the game and when i attempted to re-download the game from your site the download screen comes up but it never starts. Is there something that i am missing?

If you ordered a digital download from us through digital river you'll need to look at the mail they sent you with the download details. Follow the instructions or look up your order on www.findmyorder.com. Does this help?
