I can't buy COM

I'd love to, but I can't.

You see, softwrap insists my card is no good.

Funny, my card works for every other merchant in the world, online or brick-and-mortar, but not for Softwrap.

I hate to see you guys losing sales because softwrap are gibbering incompetents (as would seem to be the case). But you can be sure if it's happening to me, it's happening to others as well.

Any chance you guys can slap them around and make them see sense?

What kind of card is it? No need to post the number, of course
