I've downloaded the PDF manual and reading through it I've found what appears to be an error on the chart on page 56. The chart has nine columns, which apparently are the type of ship followed by eight columns of attributes. However, the header on the top of the chart lists nine unique attribute columns, of which the leftmost, "Base Acceler", is positioned over the column containing the ship types. I'm thinking that the original chart was fine but the conversion to PDF has distorted something. Am I right in that this is an error, or am I just having a senior moment and everything is hunky-dory?

UPDATE: Also there are a number of errors on the chart on page 79.

One question, will there be a black text on white background version of the manual? The black background eats up my toner

Hey Temple. No, you are correct. There is a column missing there. It probably got messed up with the conversion. I will let the production team know about that so they can correct it.
I see what you mean in page 79, the Recharge Shields ability description is wrong. I will pass this along as well. Sadly I don't think there'll be another manual version, however I'll ask around.
