Playing Soviet Corps for the first time and when my units get heroes sometimes the icon is empty (luckily on icon is affected, ability counts). After few more missing icons I finally checked in "\Panzer Corps\UI\heroes" folder and lo and behold I am indeed missing "soviet_air7.png" (and 9), "soviet_ground10" (and 11). Issue is only of cosmetic nature but rubs me the wrong way so I tried the forum.

Purchased Soviet Corps as my final DLC so maybe Steam just activated it but not all files downloaded? I am wary of verifying file integrity because I modified God knows how many "gamerules.pzdat" files and I don't want Steam restoring them to vanilla. Not unless I'm sure it's the only way to get my missing .PNGs.

Can some of you please check your folders and see if I am the only one with this issue? If it's global then I'll elevate this to Tech Support, but searching yielded no similar problems or maybe just no one cared enough to report or even noticed for that matter (hard to keep em alive to manage 100/200 kills, lol).
If you do have the files then something went wrong on my end so please ZIP those 4 files I mentioned and send them to me. I can avoid integrity check that way

I bought the Gold edition from Matrix and the same thing happens to me.

I just checked the heroes folder. My installation is Panzercorps gold.
Soviet air 7 and Soviet Ground 10 and 11 are missing.

Maybe I need a break, but I can't help thinking that Soviet Ground 14 hero looks quite a lot like like David Bowie.

Gold version, same situation, the following are missing: "soviet_air7.png" (and 9), "soviet_ground10.png" (and 11)

Yes. I took this mod a long time ago on the Slitherine forum. Except that now, when I type 'More heroes' in the search bar, it runs in a vacuum and it doesn't find anything. I put the Dropbox link. Maybe you need to go page by page in 'scenario design'.
