Anybody out there know how to have Para units already boarded in a plane so that when the scenario starts the paratroop plane is in the sky ????

I could have the player move them to an airfield and load up but do not want to do that. Interestingly in order to put an infantry unit into a naval transport you simply place the infantry unit in the water and when scenario starts they are in a boat.

infantry on the ground ya want a truck for them to be able to use no biggy after placing the infantry simply <cntrl> click a truck onto the same hex

para units who knows ?????

Ok thanks so much I figure out another way the scenario I made did not have the para units available so once I fixed that I only needed to them put the para units in reserve which will simulate them there when I run the scenario in a campaign anyway ... an airfield must be present, it must be in supply, and then an infantry deployment hex must be on the airfield then when the scenario starts if the player has para units they can deploy they simply deploy them onto the airfield and choose load on plane AND they can then move the plane to another deployment hex this is all prior to the scenario then they can load another one and repeat the only catch is they need enough resource points to pay for the loading.

So make sure the scenario reflects a time period wherein para units are available.

The player them buys a para unit or upgrades a core unit to a para unit or if they already have a para unit in their core they can then

place them on the airfield load them up and move them
