heroes of normandie problems

I am having touble runnimg program in skirnish and rogue mode screen freezes and cant see full screen or center it order number one cant be used because screen freezes. tutorial mentions you can play without cards but i dont see how please help going crazy not very technical. thanks these happen to me in single player
