Recently, as I was working on a scenario, I noticed that all location tags, objective names etc. were not saving AT ALL. I could name the objectives, but no matter what, the name would default to objective_2_0 or whatever the objective tag was. Location names also do not save. No descriptions save. Nothing. Even when I load up other scenarios, the text is defaulted. Unbelievably annoying.

Have you checked the txt file in the scenario folder?
If this is OK re the objectives it just means the game won't load it properly.

Maybe you then need to reinstall the game...

I fixed it. After digging through some posts, it turns out I need to do something in the mod.txt file. Something about unique scenarios...

You all should (I hope) be seeing that battle pretty soon.
Unless of course I suffer more problems...

Yeah, I know this, but I was just too lazy to report this bug in the tech support forum. (Mainly because I really don't care as I don't design maps myself)

If you want to edit a scen from a MOD, you'll need to place the scen into two different folders for it to work properly:
1) Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2\Scenarios
2) Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2\Mods\"yourmod"\Scenarios

Maybe it'll work if you change it to "unique_scenarios = true", don't know. I've never tested it, because as said, it didn't bother me much.
