Troop Convoy Repair 1.07 AI Logic Bug

There may be a logic bug in v1.07. I shot up an allied troop convoy headed to invade France down to one point. It ran to a Scotish port. Much later in the game a sub got close enough to that port to see that one pointer still in port and two hexes back worth of ships troop convoys, and lend lease comvoys backed up waiting to get in. It may be that the troop convoy as a naval unit thinks it needs to be in a port to repair and so does not unload.

AI aborts any naval invasions when the odds are bad, if it later gain numerical superiority all those boats will sail near your coast again and land. Own ports are good retreat spots (out of enemy air raneg hopefully), that is whey they stay there.

That makes some sense. OTOH, it blocked up the port to the point that lend lease could not land. In addition, why not disembark a one pointer and repair it. Invading with a one point unit is kind of suicidal.
