There is a difference between the UI presentation of supply points of ships located on a harbour field for the adjacent land region and the resulting sum according to the troops located there (see the appended screenshots) According to the game manual the points should be doubled to give a total of 42 in this example. Concerning all troops the resulting sum should be 36 and not 30 as shown and adopted by the game. It seems that the game uses internally a factor of 1.5 instead of 2.
