In a multi-player game, myself, Ptolomies, and my human ally, Aethiopia, have been in a knock down, drag out war with Maurya. As the war slowly moved in our favor, suddenly there was peace. Myself, I did not receive an offer of peace nor did I accept a peace. Myself as the Ptolomies launched the war with a declaration of war. I am unaware of any way for a war to end without offering or accepting a peace. So I assume we have a bug here.
