I didn't realize Catalina had broken PC, and unwittingly bought the game on the App Store. Saw the redux of my Panzer/Allied/People's General childhood favorite and pounced without even looking.

How do I go about getting refunded?

I believe that only Apple can deal with refunds via the App Store.
